Early one morning we left for Chena Hot Springs hoping to see moose. We figured our best chances were when it was still cool out before the moose bedded down for the day. We were rewarded with lots of moose sightings--13 total. This included a mama and her 2 babies and and couple of "Bullwinkles" with huge racks. We also saw a fox and a beaver along the way.
